OUR PROGRAM
The rhythmic combination of footwork, punching patterns, and defensive techniques stimulates the brain’s motor and sensory areas, enhancing overall cognitive performance.
Our class variation centers around the main fundamentals of boxing, such as:
- footwork
- punch mechanics
- head movement & defense techniques
- speed, power, and endurance
This allows you to craft and develop each fundamental idea over time, making progress in your journey while achieving your fitness goals.
OUR WORKOUTS
The high-intensity nature of boxing burns calories, builds lean muscle, and improves cardiovascular health, while the varied movements enhance agility, speed, and reaction time.
Our 50-minute group circuit training sessions are divided into three zones.
We start with a warm-up and end with a cool down, incorporating a mix of training including:
- shadow boxing
- bag- and mitt work
- plyometric and metabolic conditioning exercises
- HIIT – high intensity interval training
In addition to free weights, you’ll also engage with traditional boxing equipment, such as the speed bag, reflex trainer, double-ended bag, and dummies.
While our workouts are non-contact, they cater to both advanced athletes and beginners, emphasizing the importance of strong foundations.

All skill levels are welcome. Our program is designed to provide training in a group setting while accommodating everyone’s level.

Hand wraps and boxing gloves can be rented at no charge for your first class at Unified Boxing Club.
Arrive 20 minutes before class to meet your coaches, wrap your hands, and familiarize yourself with the day’s workout.

Battle Royal
Simple repetitive drills & movements performed at speed to increase the anaerobic threshold.
Mastery
Throwing from a balanced stance with proper weight transfer and axis rotation. Additional points: Static head, Full extension and hand turn-over.
Technician
Manipulate opponents' guard and take away their defensive mobility. Short lateral step (left or right) followed by explosive forward offensive.
Untouchable
Moving the head laterally off the centreline to evade incoming punches from the opponent.
Counter
Block straight punches & hooks with the intention of returning a shot of your own. Slip with the intention of setting up the (counter 3) or (counter 2).
