THE WORKOUT

A 45-minute group circuit training that mixes shadow boxing, heavy bag work, variations of body weight plyometric and metabolic exercises, as well as light- and bodyweight intense interval training.​

Our class variations center around the foundation of boxing, such as footwork, head movements, non-contact punch mechanics, defense, and counters. Allowing you to craft and progress in each fundamentals.
