OUR PROGRAM.
The rhythmic combination of footwork, punching patterns, and defensive techniques stimulates the brainβs motor and sensory areas, enhancing overall cognitive performance.
Our workout variation centers around the main fundamentals of boxing, such as:
footwork
punch mechanics
head movements
defense techniques
This allows you to craft and develop each fundamental idea over time, progressing in your boxing fitness journey while achieving your fitness goals.
OUR WORKOUTS.
The high-intensity nature of boxing burns calories, builds lean muscle, and improves cardiovascular health, while the varied movements enhance agility, speed and reaction time.
Our 50-minute group circuit training sessions start with a warm-up and end with a cool down, incorporating a mix of training including:
shadow boxing
bag- and mitt work
plyometric and metabolic conditioning exercises
HIIT - high-intensity interval training
In addition to free weights, youβll also engage with traditional boxing equipment such as the speedbag, reflex trainer, double-ended bags, and bobs.
While our boxing fitness workouts are non-contact, they cater to advanced athletes or, if you are just getting started, emphasizing the importance of strong foundations.
