TRAINING CAMP FALL ’24
PICTURE THIS…
Your coach makes the final adjustments to your headgear..
You take a deep breath as you bite down on your mouthpiece..
Your name rings out through the building as the announcer introduces you to a frenzied crowd of your fellow gym buddies, friends, and family..
Your heart rate spikes, butterflies in your stomach, and your body tingles..
8 weeks of intense training and dedication have prepared you for this moment..
You bang your gloves together. You’re ready. The curtain pulls back, and the crowd erupts as you make your way toward the ring…
On April 26th, 2025, we’re hosting our Second Sparring Exhibition—and you’re invited to step into the ring for a sparring exhibition match.
This is your chance to elevate your training to a whole new level, to embrace a new challenge, and to step outside your comfort zone where real growth takes place.

WHAT IS A TRAINING CAMP?
“A training camp is an organized period in which military personnel or athletes participate in a rigorous and focused schedule of training in order to learn or improve skills.”
Teams typically use scheduled training cycles, which help athletes improve their physical and mental fitness, build confidence, and uplevel their skills. They also help athletes develop a sense of independence and responsibility.
A "training camp" is a dedicated period of focused, high-intensity training with significantly increased volume compared to regular training. Where athletes can fully immerse themselves in their sport. The benefits of a Training Camp:
opportunity to build long-desired habits for an improved lifestyle
practicing setting clear goals with a deadline
exploring effective systems to achieve goals
understanding your setbacks
performing under pressure
discovering your capabilities
enhance leadership skills
elevating progress by removing distractions and maximizing training time with personalized coaching, a structured schedule & program, and a deadline.
WHAT IS A SPARRING EXHIBITION?
A sparring exhibition is a public technical boxing demonstration in which two individuals participate in a controlled sparring match. This event typically showcases techniques and athleticism rather than aiming for a decisive victory, emphasizing entertainment value, all while being presented before an audience.

FAQs
I paid the registration fee for the last training camp, but I didn’t participate in the exhibition. Would it be possible to deduct that amount from the upcoming training camp?
The registration fee covers your 8-Week Training Camp, which includes exclusive training and perks. Unfortunately, your previous registration fee doesn’t roll over, and it’s up to you and the team to ensure you get through the training camp and participate in the exhibition. Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
I feel that I lack sufficient boxing and sparring skills. Would it be wise for me to join the Training Camp and Exhibition?
This is YOUR journey - it’s you vs. you. Everyone has their timeline. You compete with the older version of you. Boxing is a lifestyle - there is always so much to learn and room to grow. So, regardless of where you are in your boxing journey, joining the training camp and exhibition will help you get to the next level. Your success is not final. Feel free to ask one of our coaches questions.
I have trips planned during the Training Camp, can I still participate in the Exhibition?
Depending on how many classes and sparring sessions you will miss. Including your skills and condition, the quota for class attendance is at least once per week, and 18 additional training (drill/sparring) sessions out of 24 must be completed to gain access to the Exhibition Event. Your fellow boxers and your safety are our priority. Therefore, it’s our job to ensure you are well-prepared before stepping into the ring.
I’m interested in the Training Camp for the challenge. Can I participate in the Training Camp without taking part in the exhibition?
Absolutely, in the end, it’s all about your journey rather than the outcome. Great results will come from creating systems that help you achieve your goals. Participating in challenges will hold you accountable and focused. Please mention this in the additional comment section when you register.
Who is the Sparring Exhibition for?
If you are genuinely curious about your potential, the Sparring Exhibition is for you. This is your challenge to level up; there is now a deadline—no time to go through the motions. Eliminate distractions and get focussed. This is your chance to leap forward.
