I have never boxed before, can I join Unified Boxing Club?

Absolutely! Our coaches will walk you through the workout before class. Our exercises are displayed on screens for your convenience, and our coaches are always available for guidance and feedback.

I am an experienced boxer, will Unified Boxing Club class be too easy?

You make the workout as hard as you decide to. Our programs are designed to refine and elevate your skills, regardless of your background. Simple doesn’t always means easy!

What can I expect from Unified Boxing club’s workouts?

Our 45-minute sessions include demonstrations, warm-ups, and cooldowns. Mixing shadow boxing, heavy bag and mitt work, variations of body weight plyometric and metabolic exercises, as well as light- and bodyweight intense interval training.

What does the class schedule look like?

We offer classes between 5 am to 9 am on weekdays and between 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm in the evenings. On Saturdays, between 9am to 10 am. See our schedule page for more accurate information!

What do I need to bring?

Wear comfortable athletic attire and closed-toe sneakers. Avoid chewing gum, caps, and jewelry during class. You’ll need wraps, boxing gloves, and a workout towel. Don’t forget your water bottle.

I don’t have wraps or boxing gloves yet.

We got you. We have 120” hand wraps and various (12oz and 14oz) boxing gloves available for purchase at the studio. Limited boxing gloves can be rented.

Can I bring my child(ren) or pet with me to the studio?

Although we adore children and pets, unfortunately,we can’t accommodate unattended children or pets at the studio.

How do I cancel a class?

Use the app to cancel up to 9 hours before class. Late cancellations or no-shows incur fees.

What do I do if I run late?

Arrive with enough time to prepare. We’ll hold your spot for up to 5 minutes after the class starts if your hands are wrapped.

Can I take multiple classes on the same day?

Absolutely. However, if a class is fully booked, priority goes to those who haven’t attended yet for the day.

Can I attend a class if I didn’t book?

If a class is fully booked, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. If there are spots available, the coach will gladly check you in.

How does the waitlist work?

Sign up for the waitlist if a class is full. If a spot opens up at least 5 hours before the class, you’ll be added and receive a notification..

If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself 8 hours before class and do not show up, you will be subject to our Late Cancel/No Show policies. Please make sure you are subscribed to class confirmation emails from us to receive waitlist notifications!

Will there be parking?

We have limited parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking is also available; use the SpotAngels app for details.

Is there a shower?

We offer one shower and two toilets for member use.

Do you sell drinking water?

We provide a water bottle filling station; however, we do not sell bottled water.

Can I borrow boxing gloves and hand wraps?

Hand wraps are available for purchase, and limited boxing gloves can be rented.

I left a personal item, what should I do?

Ask your coach for assistance if you’ve left personal items behind; the lost and found basket is cleared every two weeks.

How do I update my card information?

Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Update Billing Info’ on the app.

Can I freeze my membership?

Memberships can be frozen for a two-week increment, up to one month, once a year. Email us at at least 48 hours before your desired freeze period.
