Our classes are designed to help you master the fundamentals of boxing, such as footwork, head movements, power, conditioning, explosive movements, non-contact punch mechanics, rhythm, defense, and counters. Each class has a specific theme that focuses on particular techniques, which will help you build and enhance the foundation of your boxing during your workout.
During the 45- to 50-minute workout, we mix bag work, mitt work, plyometrics, and metabolic exercises to enhance boxing movements and boxing-specific training. Two coaches are on the floor to guide and bring energy to help you perform at your best.
Monday – Friday:
5.45am – 08.00am
11.45pm – 1pm
5.15pm – 7.30pm
Saturday:
9.30am – 12pm
